To achieve this, we conduct thorough inspections, ensure quality packaging, partner with top courier and logistics companies, and provide regular updates on shipping status at each stage of the shipment process.
All our COD/prepaid orders are managed by Shiprocket, ensuring efficient and hassle-free shipping.
Estimated delivery times for orders are as follows:
- Within Delhi NCR: 2 business days
- Within metro cities in India: 3-5 business days
- National and other regions in India: 7-10 business days
We offer two shipping options:
1. Standard Service (normal delivery) - Shipping fees are as follows:- Order value between ₹1.00 to ₹999.00: ₹85.00
- Order value between ₹1,000.00 to ₹19,999.00: ₹125.00
- Order value above ₹20,000.00: ₹250.00
- Order value between ₹500.00 to ₹9,999.00: ₹250.00
- Order value between ₹10,000.00 to ₹49,999.00: ₹350.00
- Order value above ₹50,000.00: ₹400.00
For international customers, we use FedEx, DHL, and EMS courier services. Once the order is successfully placed, we will dispatch it within 24 hours. In case of any delay from our end, we will convey a direct message to the buyer. However, in the case of non-serviceable pin codes by our partner companies, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
