If you received defective or wrong products

When you return a product claiming a defect, the product goes through structured quality testing.

Most of the Branded product sold comes with the manufacturer warranty & are liable to those only.
But for some special cases where the mistake could be from our side the Buyers are eligible to get the Refund/ replacement.
