Refund & Return Policy for Customers within India:
At Omaxphoto.com / KC ENTERPRISES, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return policy for products that are defective or incorrect.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and have all tags attached.
- Customers will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:

- Once the return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process for Customers within India:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of the refund request.
- Once the refund is approved, it will be processed on the same day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's bank account via the actual mode of payment. Please note, for Credit Cards, it may reflect in the next month's statement.
Lost or Damaged Items in Transit:
- In the unfortunate event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at returns@omaxphoto.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or issue a refund.
Manufacturer's Warranty:
- Most branded products sold come with the manufacturer's warranty and are liable to those only. If there is a mistake on our side, buyers are eligible for a refund or replacement.
